Despite global market challenges, Villa Valencia has experienced strong sales momentum in the last 30 days. In that time, the project sold $12 million of inventory, or four residences ranging from three- to four-bedrooms. Most new construction condominium projects have been selling at 30-50% of pre-COVID sales volume.
