The building also includes <a href=\"https:\/\/villavalencia.com\/amenities\/#wellness\">high-level water and air filtration<\/a>, which for an additional cost can be upgraded to medical-grade quality, he said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><em>Situated on the private side of Coral Gables, Villa Valencia features thirty-nine luxury condominium residences that offer a rich city lifestyle with the privacy of boutique living.
