URBIN Coral Gables Work

URBIN Coral Gables is located at 299 Alhambra Circle in the vibrant center of Downtown Coral Gables. The 52,000SF site will be renovated into five floors of co-working space with top-floor VIP corporate suites. There is a gym on the ground floor dedicated to providing clients with a 360-view of wellness through personal training and movement. Phase 2 of the project includes 200,000 SF that will be developed into co-living, retail and parking. Arquitectonica has been awarded the architecture contract. The project cost is estimated at $100 mm.
