Located on Minorca Avenue in Downtown Coral Gables, the URBIN Coral Gables Live site is a tall multi-story tower featuring colive bedrooms, studios, and suites from two to six. Planned is a ground floor courtyard with feature tree, and a wellness center dedicated to providing clients with a 360-view of wellness through personal training and movement. Onsite parking and additional rentable retail is included in the plan. Arquitectonica has been awarded the architecture contract.
