URBIN Coconut Grove Live

URBIN Coconut Grove Live is located next to the Work site, accessible through a paseo that links the two properties together and the adjacent Commodore Plaza. Levels four through six will feature a combination of studios and suites; totalling over 80 leasable rooms. The lower floors will be converted to amenity use to service the residential and co-working components of the building including a wellness area. The rooftop will be converted to a series of comfortable spaces to lounge or gather featuring a summer kitchen and two pools.
