Location Ventures‘ condo development project Villa Valencia was featured in South Florida Luxury Guide highlighting the City Beautiful’s newest residential address that offers the ultimate in luxury and privacy.

Coral Gables is also looking to up its condo game, as evidenced by Villa Valencia, which broke ground in June 2019 and offers 39 condos that rival single-family homes. In addition to three- and four-bedroom units, there will be two lower penthouses, plus a full-floor, six-bedroom penthouse on the top level that will include a private elevator and pool and an expansive 4,646-square-foot terrace.

“We are setting a very high bar for what we would consider Coral Gables’ most luxurious residences ever—that’s what we’re going for,” says Rishi Kapoor, founder and CEO of Location Ventures, the project’s Coconut Grove–based developer. “We are already achieving contracts more than $1,000 a foot, which is exceptional for the area. There is clearly a demand for high-end product in this part of Coral Gables, where folks are looking to ‘right-size’ from larger homes.”

Designed by Hamed Rodriguez Architects, Villa Valencia will feature a fresh interpretation of Coral Gables’ distinct architectural style, which will blend with tropical modern interiors by CMA Design Studio. Units will feature private foyers, finished custom closets, and kitchens with custom European cabinetry, quartz countertops, wine coolers and Sub- Zero and Wolf appliances. Customization options are available, from flooring and millwork to upgraded technology.

Building amenities will include a boardroom with a conference center, a library, entertainment space with a pool table and golf simulator, a resort-style pool, a state-of- the-art fitness center, a dog park and a full kitchen and bar for entertaining. Wellness will be a centerpiece at Villa Valencia, with a rich program of spa and fitness offerings to promote relaxation and health. This includes a hammam, a steam room, saunas and hydrotherapy plunge pools. The project is also the first condominium in the United States to offer the Delos Darwin Home Wellness Intelligence network, which is intended to enhance human health, well-being, sleep and performance by monitoring and calibrating air, light and water quality.

“All of this was designed for only 39 residences,” says Kapoor. “For us, it was about giving people that intimate connection with wellness programming that you otherwise would have to seek in a much larger building or a dedicated spa.”
