Villa Valencia, a boutique luxury condominium project with just 39 residences, coming soon to Coral Gables was recently featured in The South Florida Business Journal.


“Location Ventures has launched sales of Villa Valencia, a boutique condo project in Coral Gables. The 39 units will range from 2,800-3,276 square feet, plus a pair of penthouses of just over 4,200 square feet each, and a top-floor penthouse of 6,263 square feet. Prices start
at $1.65 million.


The developer acquired the 1.04-acre site at 515 Valencia Ave. for $16 million in April 2018. Villa Valencia will rise to 13 stories.
